SECTION 14 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION: BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER
14.1 Binding Arbitration: In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, such dispute shall be determined by arbitration in Florida, United States, before one arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS or a similar recognized body.
14.2 Class Action Waiver: YOU AND THE HOUSE OF CO-KÝ LLC AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDINGS TO RESOLVE OR LITIGATE ANY DISPUTE WILL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND NEITHER YOU NOR THE HOUSE OF CO-KÝ LLC WILL SEEK TO HAVE ANY DISPUTE HEARD AS A CLASS ACTION, A REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR A COLLECTIVE ACTION.
SECTION 15 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

The The House of CO-KÝ mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by The House of CO-KY LLC. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Terms.
1. Consent: By consenting to The House of CO-KÝ’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of The House of CO-KÝ through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list.
2. Opt-Out: You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18339694294 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel.
3. Charges: We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.
