If you find your item isn't fitting quite right, we will be more than happy to do a return. Although our inventory sells quickly and we cannot guarantee exchanges will be available in the size you want.
Returns are refunded only via store credit in the form of a The House of CO-KY E-Gift Card. Credit will be applied to the amount paid for the product, we do not issue store credit for the original shipping charge.
To start a return, please visit our Return Portal and follow the instructions.
You have 7 days after your order has been delivered to the destination to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 7 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return.
Please allow 24-48 hours for us to answer your request. A Return Authorization Number will be issued. This number must be written outside the package. Items must be shipped within 7 days after receiving your Return Authorization Number. Returns without this number or shipped after the 7 day period won't be accepted.

These situations do not qualify as defects and the client will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
